Did you know that projects funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) are subject to its New Open Access Policy?
With the community in mind, the Técnico Library has invited Miguel Andrade, legal expert at FCCN/FCT, to take part in an information session.

With a degree in Law and a postgraduate qualification in European Studies, he worked at the Gabinete de Documentação e Direito Comparado of the Prosecutor General’s Office and was an advisor to the Minister of Science and Technology.
He is a legal expert at FCCN/FCT, having worked on the team that developed FCT’s Open Access Policy. |

With a PhD in Library and Information Sciences, she is the coordinator of the IST’s Library, Museums and Culture Area.
She guides IST researchers in scientific publishing and institutional repository deposit. |
