It allows access to and sharing of documentary collections between libraries through the loan of works or the provision of copies, with the aim of meeting users’ needs. |

The Técnico Library acts as an intermediary between its users and APEL (Portuguese Publishers and Booksellers Association), facilitating the acquisition of an ISBN. |
